Doners
Donations are accepted during store hours (9-12 Saturdays and 4-7 Tuesdays) at our 16th St. door. We will gladly accept just about anything other than mattresses, large pieces of furniture, or appliances.

Shoppers
Anyone is welcome to shop at the Free Store. We have no residency or income requirements. No ID or appointment is necessary. We will ask only for your name and zip code when you register.
We have very liberal monthly limits of various items so we can serve as many people as possible. And yes, everything at the Free store is free. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesdays from 4-7 PM or Saturdays 9-12 noon.
Volunteers
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our ministry. Everyone who is involved in the operation of the Free Store works on a volunteer basis. No one is paid.
. We currently have a core of 25-30 regular volunteers, but more are needed. If you are interested in volunteering at the store, please come during store hours and ask for Cathy Schwall, store manager. She will be happy to answer any questions and sign you on as one of our workers.
